I get headaches or neckaches once in a while, but it's from staying up extremely late reading or playing a computer game (eyestrain, holding my neck wrong, etc.) not from the lack of sleep itself.
I don't usually get headaches from lack of sleep, but I DO get them from lack of food. I feel best with about 7 hours of sleep. Anything over like 9 and I'm all groggy and lifeless the next day. I HATE sleeping too long.
