If it doesn't, then subtract one from the "manual" pool b/c I don't qualify

What counts as custom? does a K&N filter make your car "custom"? what about rims, or tires? What does the type of transmission have to do with whether or not it's custom?

fyi, tiptronic is not a "clutchless sequential" if you mean by clutchless the clutch is controlled electronically. Tiptronic is just a slushbox which allows selection of gears.

Old 4 speed box. I will be driving it soon anyway. Still working on it sorta. I just rigged up a ghetto horn since i was missing pieces for it with a metal plate in the middle of the steering wheel and a temporary on radioshack button lol It actually looks real good and works great.
