I say fvck as every other word... but I'm a great curser. I really don't see a big deal in the word, so I don't put any special emphasis on it. Most people don't even notice just how often I curse unless I point it out to them.

Only if I'm really angry or in a lot of pain. I might think them, but very rarely blurt it out. We were raised to believe that swearing is for common folk.
