Hell yeah! My kids want me to cook ALOT more than my wife. My wife only cooks when she has time(not too much), when I am sick or to impress other guest when they come over to our place.

I love to cook.

The only problem I have is that I can never think of what I want to cook, and usually end up making the "(hopefully it will be) Famous Fields' Family Coffee Cake" or a cheese omlette.

I want to make a creamed potato soup tomorrow. Anyone got any good recipies?

Talking about using a stove/oven and all that good stuff. A dishwasher's dream, I'm sure.

I cook. If you clean up after yourself as you go, there's no need for an over rated dishwasher.
<-- manually washes dishes after fiancee cooks. :|

i do most of the cooking in my family.

I enjoy cooking actually. i just hate the cleaning up. but thats part of it.

i prefer grilling over the kitchen. but i enjoy both.

<---- very good with the stove...fair with oven, and the grill is easy as it is, so I'm pretty good with it.. pork chops on the grill are my best, can grill em and till keep them very moist.

Pretty well. I'm good at grill stuff, fair with baking (although it might help if my oven wasn't a cheap piece of junk) and I seem to have a gift of some kind with sauce based things like pasta and mexican food. Oh, and I make the best homemade pizza (not just my opinion, lots of people have told me this), except the last time when I let my roomie help. I know you can supposedly cook if you can read, but he clearly has never heard that 😛
