Now are you talking about a bicycle or exercise bike or are you talking about that harley you were considering? There is a difference you know

No. I'm in better shape than virtually everyone I know who is my age (36), and actually I'm in better shape than most people I know who are younger than me.

Like Amused said, thats one of the great benefits of hitting the gym 4 days a week.

Atheletic, not fat, but I do have small love handles.

I did gain a lot of weight when I got injured though. But I lost it all after healing up. It did take some conscious work though. I would walk everywhere and eat much smaller meals.

Depends on what "out of shape" means to someone. With me, I have always been lean, so when i dont work out or run I pretty much look the same as when I am in really good shape. I am in pretty good shape this quarter as far as working out is concerned, but im in bad shape endurance wise because i have not been running or skimming.
