The entire point of a rough draft is to turn in SOMETHING so that the teacher doesn't mark you down. It doesn't even have to be on the same subject as the final paper, as long as it's near the right word count.

On the draft, no. Half the time I don't write much in the way of an introduction or conclusion, either.
 

what i thought...cause right now im being penalized for "plagiarism" because i didnt cite the sources. Its bullsh!t because I worked my ass off on that paper. It was a rough draft that was a bonus to turn in and im being penalized for it.:(:|

Lets hope the professor comes to his senses. And yes, I did try to make my point...no workie.

Yeah rough drafts are usually for your own purposes, before anyone else sees it. It's not really plagiarism until it makes it to the final draft (and still uncited)
