Yes. Brush (including tongue), mouthwash, floss.

Same, except I floss first, then everything else.

no. brushing my tongue, or a tongue scraper, will make me gag like crazy.

You'll get used to it after doing it for a little while. I notice that my breath smells a shit-ton better after I've started brushing my tongue.

You floss first, eh? I brush then floss then mouthwash. Is flossing first better?

Generally, yes. Flossing breaks up plaque built between the teeth. That stuff gets washed out when you rinse from brushing.

Of course!

I never do it though... I floss at work, ususally after lunch. Probably grosses some people out, but my dental health is more important.

Yes. But not if you stand on your head and tap your belly three times. Then you have to start all over again but do it BACKWARDS.

Your tongue is where the majority of that shit that makes your mouth feel nasty in the morning comes from. In case anyone didn't know. If you scrape it at night you will wake up similar to how you went to sleep.

Scraping is better than brushing? I usually brush it w/ the sonicare, but I'll have to get a scraper and give it a shot.

No. Feels too weird. I use to use the tongue scraper I got, but it just didn't work that well compared to my thumb. The scraper is designed to scrapes down/outward, which seems like going with the 'grain' of your tongue. My thumb nail goes up/inward and I get a lot more crap out that way in the morning. It even feels cleaner afterwards.

a tooth brush works just as well unless you have some hardcore hairy tongue going on.
i mean, you don't have to scrape so hard you're flaking off your taste buds.
