What everyone else said - that is not facial hair, that's the pubic hair beard/goatee I described above. For the love of god, shave that ungodly thing off. If it took you 2 months to grow that, your eyes will pop out of your head once you hit puberty :p

Is it trimmed or does it scream "I sit around and wait for the mail everyday"?

Ok, that is not a beard. A beard is full coverage of the jaw line extending over the mouth area. What you have makes you not look your age, but look like you are trying to be older than you really are... or trying to grasp back to the old grunge look... unsuccessfully. Don't worry, I can talk, I have the same problem... for that matter I can't even grow a mustache... and I am 32. If I were you I would first shave, then go and get a clean haircut... nothing works better for me than a high & tight military cut. Both factors here give the appearance of organization and maturity. That is a lot of what an employer is looking for.

sorry, beard/gotee/etc = all the same in this context IMO.

Anyway, I shaved it all off :) Now, I am going to have to deal with an unhappy fiancee tonight. :(
