That's exactly why you DID burn. Clouds do little to filter out the UV rays. Couple that with the fact that it's cool and cloudy and you end up not taking the threat as seriously because you don't feel like you are getting burned because the sun isn't beating down on you.
I haven't burned this summer despite spending almost every weekend on the beach. Thanks, Bullfrog Superblock!
