It sure seemed like he did everything he could to make himself look guilty of killing his wife and unborn child.

Where is the "Who gives a crap" option? And don't bitch about me crapping the thread since "tubgirl" is a poll option.

He was in and out of the country well before that incident, if he was really going to run, he could have ran many times before that.

Unless they found some compelling physical evidence, the defense will get him off. 9 unsolved cases, where pregnant women washed up in the same area his wife did, is more than reasonable doubt if they dont have substantial physical evidence linking him to the crime.

What gets me is how they make such a big deal out of how her body was found near where he went fishing the day she disappeared. Now, if I killed someone, then saw on the news that the police were suspicious of her husband because he went fishing the day she disappeared, I think I might take her body out and dump it to make him look guilty. But that's just me.

Scott Peterson KNEW to police were following him everywhere he went, so I highly doubt he changed his hair and all that because he was planning on running to Mexico. Maybe it was because he was tired of people seeing him and assuming he killed his wife, since he was tried and convicted by the media before he was ever charged with a crime. Bill O'Reilly was the worst of all - one week he was talking about it like there wasn't even a question of his guilt, but when the defense actually came up for some answers to the questions everyone was asking, Bill changed his tune to "we're not going to try this guy in the media, we'll let the courts handle that." I think we'd all benefit if Bill O'Reilly was convicted of some crime so he couldn't influence the ignorant majority... Better yet, no Fox News Channel at all.

I may not agree with a lot of what is on Fox News Channel, but they have their right to their "alternative" news channel. America is about free speech. I do think Bill got WAY out of hand with it. He sounded like he wanted five minutes alone with the guy before he had even had a trial. Stupid.

Yeah yeah, I know... Honestly, I'm glad there are conservative news sources like FNC and MSNBC to counter the otherwise liberal media... but FNC panders to the lowest common denominator... it's like 24-hour MTV news. They're dumbing down cable news with their flashy graphics and titles and crap. And I hate it when they editorialize in their news reports - save that for the commentary shows, like O'Reilly and Hannity and Colmes (are they on FNC?). Personally, I prefer MSNBC out of all of them. Joe Scarborough is just as blatantly conservative as O'Reilly, but he isn't so arrogant and cocky. :)

I agree. O'Reilly is such an a$$hole sometimes but FNC almost seems to like it that way. However, as you alluded to, there are people who don't really care what he says as long as he trash-talks the liberals. Whatever.
