Poll: Dems the most corrupt

Most of you think corruption in government is a serious problem in New Jersey. According to the latest poll from Quinnipiac University, 92 percent of you think it?s a serious problem in this state.

But more people think Democrats are the most corrupt according to the findings of the Quinnipiac poll. Half of the people responding to the poll said they associate government corruption to the Democratic Party. Is it no wonder?

Democrats like Bob Torricelli, Jim McGreevey, Charles Kushner, Gary Taffet, Paul Levinsohn, Roger Chugh, David D?Amiano, Golan Cipel, William Watley, Lesly Devereaux, Robert Janiszewski and Anthony Impreveduto head up the long list of recent Democrats caught in a long run of scandals tied to corruption in recent years.


This is the culture of corruption for the Democrats. Looks like even in blue states the average American can see the Democratic party for what they are.

The Democrats are more corrupt in Illinois, too. But that's because the Republicans here are spineless pussies. If they weren't, then there might be a contest as to who's more corrupt. The former Governer, Republican George Ryan, almost took the corruption crown from the Democrats though.

Oh, and I hate to break it to you, but I'm going with you not reading yet another article.

But don?t forget about GOPers James Treffinger, Harry Parkin, and James Lambert who are on the short list of Republicans tied to corruption. And let?s not leave out the infamous Monmouth County 11 who were mostly Republicans with a sprinkling of Democrats.

Sure, they only received 22% in the poll, but it's a blue state, what do you expect?

Oh there?s no doubt about it. Corruption is a serious problem in the Garden State and its growing like a weed.

At the local level, I would have to say that Democrats are more corrupt. At the federal level, it flip flops and Republicans are more corrupt. In my mind, corruption is marked most by cronyism, something that Republicans seem to have mastered internationally. *cough*Halliburton*cough*

Locally though, you can bet that if there's cronyism to be found, Democrats aren't far behind. You're damn well going to hire the Democrat mayor's nephew to do you plumbing, or you can live with that sewage leak. Take your pick.

This is exactly what the Republicans do. They take their own weakness, and apply it as the other parties weakness. Then, when the Democrats try to point this out, the argument is already "old hat" and they need to get some "new ideas."
