I would consider it semi-hot, since I haven't seen anything similar to these specs for the price.

Sure, I did get in on the Dimension 2400 awhile back for $219 shipped (AR), but I haven't seen another deal like that since. Not to mention, this has double the harddrive and double the RAM.

Although this 4600 (error in post) does have integrated NIC and thought sound. The only thing that it needed was a modem since not all people have broadband.
