Only in US month starts before day (MMDDYYYY), stupid, but what can we do...
its like with time: minutes first, than hours? Who invented it in USA I don't know, but I'm sure that guy had low IQ.

SS:MM:HH:DD:MM:YYYY

Depends, I write it ddmmyy, no seperators in English becasue I know she hates it, I scrawl something that looks vaugly like numbers in teh rare occasion i turn in a math paper, my science stuff dosnet get a date, and in French its dd/mm/yyyy

I normaly use DD/MM/YYYY
but where I keep all the photos I´v taken on my digi cam i name the directories YYYY.MM.DD so it sorts out right.

Therefore it is only logical that our numerical date would follow that tradition, e.g., 01/10/2002

which is why dd/mm is the standard. but nobody says '10th of january, 2002.'
