Poll : Daemon Tools or Alcohol 120

Daemon tools and Alcohol 120% are both good, so I run both.

Dameon tools is something I have no idea about.

Maybe add both and see results options.

I recall reading that the developers of both programs actually collaberate together so both are good. I use Daemon Tools but that's probably because I've never needed / tried Alchohol 120. Should I try it?

You didnt give the option of see results, and since I like Alocohol and dont know what the hell your talking about ,I picked A

...wrong daemon tools. 🙂

Anyways, I've only used daemon tools, but it seems like alky 120% does a lot more. I think I'll try it out.

You mean someone chose the name of a widely known software utility for their own software? Sounds pretty stupid, especially when the daemontools you all are talking about (I'm guessing because I got no link) has nothing to do with daemons.

Yeah, but for 98% of PC users *nix is non-existant. Out of sight out of mind.🙂

http://www.daemon-tools.net/ is what they are talking about.

Then they shouldnt worry about daemons 😉

Thats a horrible website too 😛

Alcohol is a burning app similiar to CloneCD , they also took the idea of Dameon tools and included it in the program so you don't need both.

This should be a poll between Alcohol vs CloneCD
