I'll tell you guys!

First, get a measuring tape. Measure the girth of your chest across the nipples. Then, measure the girth of your chest under your cleavage.

The latter measurement becomes your chest size. The difference between the two becomes your cup size. For every 2 inches in difference, you move up a cup size (IE: Latter = 40 Former = 36, you = 36B).

I think I messed up on the last part though.
