Poll CRT or LCD Monitor

LCD. It's hardnot noticing the flickering at 85 Hz on a CRT when you've been use to the smoothness of the 75Hz flash refresh rate of an LCD

around here you can get a solid 21" CRT for the same price as a flaky 17" LCD.

I'm sorry, but I'll take an extra 3" over any advantages an LCD might offer.

Dell ( Samsung ) 19" LCD

ACER 18.1" LCD

Viewsonic 15" LCD ( Server )

I'll *NEVER* go back to CRT. Nothing beats the perfect registration of LCD ( straight lines, etc ) DVD Video looks awesome on LCD. VERY rich color. Has that glistening "wet blood" KodaChrome look. I always show all the LCD nay-sayers the opening scene from Toy StoryII as a demo. All of them want LCD after that. Though, If you have ( SH*T Coded ) games that DEMAND to open on a custom screen resolution, etc., then you may want to stay with CRT. Non-Native screen res looks terrible on LCD, unless it's an even multiple of the native res. E.G., 800x600 on 1600x1200 native display.
