Poll: CPC-30370 vs. Vantec FCE-62540D

I'm going to purchase a new heatsink, and I think it's either going to be the CPC-30370 or the Vantec FCE-62540D. Can I get some opinions on which one is a better performer?

CPC is very nice. the wbk38 can be had w/ a 7000 rpm fan for like $25.00. that would be my first choice.
