Poll: Correlation between faith of parents and their children

I'd like to see how much of a positive correlation there is amongst religious parents and their children. My family originally had a Catholic background but they were very easygoing about any religious issues so that's why I'm agnostic. Anyways, just curious to see about everyone else.

My parents were easygoing but religious. They wanted us to choose. I am religious; my brother is not.

My parents are Christian and they raised us in a Christian home but they did give us a choice in what we would follow. All of us kids made our decisions on our own and those have been reinforced since we left the house. I am proud to be a Christian and thank my parents for how they raise me. I disagree with the parents that raise their kids and try and force them to be Christians, that is the worst way to do it.

My mother is religious but we do not share the same beliefs. I believe following the Mosaic Law is a requirement of Salvation whereas she does not.

I used to believe when I was younger, but I'm far too much of a hedonist now to believe in any type of religion.
My mother believes in god but she practices her faith quietly and privately, something I wish a lot more religious people would do.

My dad believed right before he died. He asked me to get baptised with him, which I did for no reason other than to comfort him in his last days. Guess I'm going to hell for that one, eh?

If I were going to believe in anything, I would probbably join a cult, or start my own.

My mom is semi-religous. I was sent to a Christian pre-school and from there my beliefs instilled in me. My mom grew up as a Catholic and she converted to a Christian. She now believes in Baba and whatever else new religion things that are out there. I, however, still believe in Jesus.

My mom comes from a Southern Baptist background, but is Luthren now. I am was Luthren, but I am kind of my own thing now.

Mom is Southern Baptist. I am spiritual but agnostic. Let's just say she got me a Jesus book for Christmas and I attempted to discuss the evidence and similarities between modern man and australopithecus afarensis.

Needless to say, we don't talk much religion. I will listen to anything she has to say, but she will not hear any of my blasphemy

Where's the option for: My parents and I are both religious, but they tend toward ultra-conservative beliefs, while I am a less strict conservative (I know the liberal / conservative thing is relative, so if you're liberal then I'm a conservative, but if you have a few conservative tendencies, then I might be a moderate...). Needless to say, this causes lots of grief for me in some areas that most people never even think about, or would be left scratching their head thinking "WTF?"

My parents are non-practicing Catholics who attempted to brainwash/indoctrinate my older brother and I when we were in our early teens. The attempt failed. I have an even older brother who is a generic non-denominational Christian bible-studying type.
