Hmmm. Hard to say, I do like both. But for your particular instance (a gathering of people), I'd say corndogs probably.

I like corndogs even though corndogs don't like me. (For the sake of the rest of you, I'll leave it at that.)

A good hotdog is better than a good corndog, but an average corndog is better than an average hotdog.

Corndogs all the way!

That reminds me, I used to buy them quite often. I might have to pick up a box this week.

Corndogs here.

I dind't even know people microwaved hot dogs until college. It's pretty disgusting.

some american food company tried to introduce 'corn dogs' in the uk in about 93. they did one advertising bliztz and then noone heard from them again. the slogan was 'a dog, on a stick, from the states' in a bullish american accent, me and my brother used to overlay it with 'a sh1t, on a stick, from the states', people only get those things at fish and chip shops, not cook them at home.

Has anyone ever had those breakfast dogs, where it's a pancake soaked in syrup wrapped around a piece of sausage on a stick? Those are so good! I would have decided to serve those, but I am having friends over for lunch, not breakfast!

We need a Mr. Yuk face for microwaved corndogs. :p

Or, you need a Foreman Grill for your corndogs. Mmmmm...crispy corndogs... :)

Edit -- Corn!

It took a while to shed all the extra weight, so I'm not about to go down that road again.... But man... Chili dogs rock.

Crap, 8 dogs? I dun think I could eat that many and not pass out. :)

Solution: Buy a deep fryer. Not that expensive, and you can enjoy some awesome deep fried foods.

Just a random deep fryer I found on Amazon. Only costs $40 and can hold 4 cups of oil, enough to do a corn dog, some fries, onion rings, etc.
