i like that policy of sending out the one drive to each person and then filling the other 99 that each fleabay user bought to flip. i was surprised that a company as big and stupid as compusa came up with something so novel.

I got the "shipped" e-mail on 1/27/01. I'm still waiting. The worst is that the incompetent jabronis at Com-Puke-SA can't provide me with any tracking information.

Don't be surprised if they give you the wrong one (12x4x32x) like others have complained.....that is if you get it in the first place.

Good luck actually getting a drive, or a person on the phone, or then a call back, or your tracking number, or the rebate, or the Plextor model, or...you get the picture.

I got cut off a few times while on hold for a half hour each though. That was cool. CompUSA is the worst mainstream vendor.
