Did your school (college) dorms have them ? I saw them at MIT when I went to visit. They acted as if it was completely normal...
 
Our dorms are boy/girl alternating by floors so the bathrooms arent coed, but I dont think it would really be much different if they were.

exactly what I was thinking. Hell I wouldn't be comfortable doing that myself around them.
 
Sounds like a pretty dumb idea to me. I don't want a girl sitting in the stall next to me smelling my gas, and I don't want a girl peeing at the urinal next to me... 😛

Can't remember... went there back in 1997. I wouldn't think there would be though.
 
most guys bathrooms are co-ed anyways, because (at least at my school) they tended to be a lot cleaner than the girls' bathrooms; some girls thought it was worth the trek down two floors to use a cleaner bathroom. none of the guys minded (much different than girls, who freak out if a guy is in their bathroom)
 
The amount of fatness and ugliness would out weigh the hotness ratio 50:1 so I don't think it would be beneficial to my eyes nor my intestines...

At any rate, we didn't have them at my school...
 
Like was said, most mens rooms in the all-male dorms were "coed" anyway. When you are on the 4th floor of a dorm building and the only womens rest room is in the basement more times than not you'll see women using the one on that floor.

No big deal. Most of the time both parties are pleasantly drunk and don't bat an eye anyway.
 
I lived in a dorm last year that had coed bathrooms (stalls / showers). It was pretty much the same as having a same-sex bathroom, except that next to each toilet there was a thing for girls to deposit used tampons.
 
Just a male bathroom on our floor but the females use it all the time. Our bathroom is always trashed with random things and puke that they never completely clean u which = gross. There is another male bathroom on our floor and I'll go use that one if ours is too disgusting.

We do have a female urinal in our bathroom which no females use but it's cool because our campus is the only place I've ever seen them.

I'm not thinking about the architectural differences of a co-ed bathroom. Think of all the things that could happen... when people are at their most vulnerable. And as guys.. we used to walk out of the shower with just a towel. I'm sure coed bathrooms don't allow for that comfort (from the others' point of view). How surprised would you be to see a girl walk out in just a towel. Does this sort of thing happen ?! 😀
