like i didnt hate those SUV enough...just seems like the people who couldnt drive are making themselves worse
i personally dont think using the cell phone effects me, because if i am in a situation that needs my attention on the road, i wont use the phone. or if i am traveling and know i will be using my phone a lot i will use a handsfree method.
