I voted yes because my car has NO power steering AND it's a stick

parallel parking has never been so good!

I'm learning in a car with power steering, but I also have occasional use of a car without, so I mix between the two.
It also doesn't really have any brakes, as I found out when I tried to take a turn off and didn't start braking soon enough. Luckily the road was empty.

And auto drivers are pussies.

I had a beater 81 plymouth horizan that leaked powersteering fluid almost as fast as you could pour it in so I just cut the power steering belt. Even though the steering ratio was setup for powersteering it still wasn't a big deal. Aslong as you were moving even if it was just 1mph it really wasn't hard to turn and at highway speed it actually felt really good. Had a lot better feedback. It was also my second car with non-power brakes which I kinda like.

The brakes were fine, the part in bold is your issue :p

Yes, in fact, out of the 4 car's i've owned, only the latest has power steering (and is an auto), and I can definately live without power steering...but I can't live without a manual...my left hand and foot have nothing to do :(

No, the brakes weren't fine :p
Got in my driving instructors car for my lesson later that day, and he kept telling me off for braking too hard :p (After overcompensating with the other car, and its crap brakes)

Of course.
I've never seen a motorcycle that HAD powersteering, so I guess I won't ever need it :p

possibly, my car is made to have power steering and power brakes. if it was made without them, I'm sure I would still be able to drive it.

I, as a matter of fact do live without power steering, first and foremost in my VW Bus, second, in my air cooled Beetle, third in my Corvair (all three did not have, nor offer, nor do not need P/S, all are rear engine/rear wheel drive). <---- air cooled fanatic (No not you aircooled) ;)
Now my 1971 Chevy C10 short bed stepside P/U does not have Power brakes or power steering, it's a straight six with a three speed on the column, I compare driving it to a WWII Bradley tank :p
This will soon change though, I am almost finished building the 350 mouse for her, along with a TH 350, P/S :p and power brakes.

I learned to drive on a car with power steering and power brakes.

the car I drive, however, is power NOTHING! the only thing I miss are the power windows and doors ;) power steering is nice, but it's not a deal breaker.

Depends on the car. I had an RX-7 that didnt have power steering, it was great. I had a Mercury Sable that the pump went out on, it was like turning a frickin barge with a paddle. Ridiculous. Did get some good arms from it though.

Depends on the car. Some can, some can't. My current car MIGHT be able to, but I doubt it. My first car didn't have it, and didn't need it. Didn't have power brakes either.

Why would you want to?

Power steering is like good tires as far as I'm concerned. Helps you to control the vehicle.
