My take:
Can - Soda in the can always tastes fresher then bottled or fountain, although it's usually just a little too syrupy. Most consistent.
Plastic Bottle - Bottled soda is OK if nothing else is available, but usually loses freshness and fizziness. (update: sorry, I should have specified plastic. Most stores do not sell glass bottles in this area!)
Fountain - Depends, if they mix the syrup, carbonation and water properly, Fountain drinks ROCK. Often times they're either too watered down or too sweet.
