Same for me but here's what I do.

Let it cool in the fridge. Then add lemon juice, olive oil, garlic and salt to taste.
I can make a meal out of it.

yep...steam it for 3 - 4 minutes and yumm, yumm.

Cooking any longer or boiling/blanch takes all the "really good for you" stuff out.
