i actually suggested XPS to a marketing puke back when i worked at dell. they had no clue who alienware and falcon nw where back then. i'm sure she took it, ran it up the flag pole, and got all the credit.

no, honestly. i told her about alienware and falcon nw. she was like, 'who are they?' so i told her. then i told her i thought dell should resurrect the then-defunct XPS name to come out with a competitor. 5 or 6 months later, dell did. true story.

umm, all those are pretty lame. Baron? Defenestrator? i guess assasin is the best one, but even then, i don't see anyone buying an assasin.

Wait... are we being asked what the best name for a company would be... because if these are companies, I haven't heard of any of them.

If it's the first way, I gotta say assassin, simply because the others are crappy names for PC companies.

Those actually sound like better names for the various computers you make, not the company itself. Like "Gimme an baron model but can you up the ram to 3GB?"
