Poll: best time to workout/exercise?

first thing in the morning, immediately after you wake up... burns more calories, hence, more fat. Also gives you an energy boost for the rest of the day.
 
Morning: Early morning workouts get you going for the day. Big Plus.

Evening: For those of us who work during the day, a workout at night is a good way to relax and get out the stresses of the day. Also a big plus.

I voted for afternoon, but generally I workout in the Evening, unless I get a chance to do so earlier. Either way, it's good for you. 🙂
