POLL: Best pain reliever?

For headaches Aleve def. works the best for me. I have to take about 6 extra strength Tylenols to have an effect, but 3 Aleves really takes care of the pain.

Me too... T3s are easy to get, but the amount i take for recreation, i'd hate to think what it does to my liver.

Generally, Most DRs and Pharmacists will agree that for most people, Naproxen Sodium is the most effective for pain, but also the most damaging to the stomache. Personally If I have a headache or something, Ibuprofen is my drug of choice. I do not care for aspirin or acetaminophen.

Alcohol does not kill pain, not unless you are passed out on it. All alcohol may do is change the way you react to the pain.

Aleve works good on my muscle aches, Tylenol for my head aches. In some cases they are just a sugar pill.
