Poll: Best football weather?

Cold, sharp winds...snow or not, take your pick. There is no other choice. This is why football shouldn't be played in Florida and Arizona.

Bah, see, I feel the other way. It needs to be hot, rainy, muddy, and humid. That's why it shouldn't be played in the north. You can have hockey.

American football, not that hippy soccer stuff. 🙂

I thought you meant football, not American football, that game when you use your hands.

I always think: football, mostly played using the feet.

I don't know why we call it football.

It's not real football unless you have exposure to the elements. This is a game that is meant to be played outside. I like it best when there is a whisp of snow on the ground, the turf is frozen and flakes are falling. Or when there are 4 foot snowbanks on the sidelines...I like that too.

Likewise, you aren't a true fan unless you brave the elements to go out and support your team. Braving 80 degree weather doesn't count.
