Hahah no... I got my current bathing suit in high school and it still fits (just graduated 5 years of college).

normally,

the rice portion would be 3-4 times more

the pumpkin would be 2x more

tofu would be 2-3 pieces more

basically the whole plate would be full

:D

I'm making it a point to eat better(drastically reduce refined sugar intake and generally avoid straight fried food), drink almost no alcohol(what caused me to gain my belly in the first place) and exercise(I DID TODAY!)

Hoping I can loose 15 pounds by the the middle of the summer to get in really excellent shape and if that happens... hold on to your ladies guys.

I'm hardly fat, just a few pounds overweight from lifting too many 12oz. weights.

I really need to get a body fat percentage test so I can track my progress. Because I couldn't care less about how much I weigh, I just want to loose body fat.

I'm about 6'2" and ~185lbs. I don't have time to do anything that requires a bathing suit, and if I did I wouldn't be shy in doing so. So, no, I'm not eating smaller portions.

I would like to put on ~15-20lbs of muscle though.

Don't need to....6'2" and 190lbs. I am good to go. I am just trying to get the body fat % as low as possible. It should be well under 10% right now if I had to guess.

If I ate any smaller portions, I'd probably just outright vanish from existence.

What's your "pounds per inch" size (weight divided by height in inches)? I bet I'm skinnier.

I'm 1.70 lbs per inch.
