Poll: Asus or Elsa, Almost finshed

To me, this has been the hardest one to pick.
I need to stay around the 200 doller mark.
I like what I read about both cards.
I want the 32mg, and GTS
I do both 2d and 3d like everybody else.
I'm worried about the 2d roll over with the Asus?
Read the Elsa does better on 2d?
There seems to be only about 20 dollars between the two.

Wow, your computer is surprisingly similar to mine. Too bad I don't have a GTS so I can't really tell you my experience. I've heard the Elsa has acceptable 2d, and I don't know about Asus, heard the Asus Geforce 1 was pretty bad at above 1024.

If you are going to run Win9x, you might want to consider the Radeon 64 MB VIVO for about 150-170, but if you have to have a GTS 32 MB, then the Elsa would be the one to get. Or if you can find the Visiontek for cheaper, get that, cause they are the same card I believe.

I did'nt know about Visiontek and Elsa being the same card. I've seen a couple of sites use them to gage each other.

I love my Elsa I have two of em one in a Linux Box and other in windows
I believe it is personnel choice and cost.
