Poll: Asus A7700 Deluxe TV & AIW Radeon

I'm planning on piecing together a new computer before 1/1/01 using a Thunderbird 1GHZ cpu. I'm waiting for the new motherboards to arrive with the 760 chipset. I've narrowed the video card down to these two brands. My family is starting to play some 3D games, but the muli-media part, such as the Digital VCR most interests me now. How does this new offering from Asus differ from the Deluxe only model? Which brand would give higher quality digital video recording results from Digital Video 8 and TV etc. Also, which brand has superior video editing and TV out quality? Lastly, I'm thinking of 32MB cards, but does the AIW Radeon 64MB have additional features that would improve video caturing?

be aware that the gpu-fan can disturb the tv-in tuner. It does for me. :-(
