This article kinda got me thinking... and since there's a large asian population here - I wanted to ask...

Just curious...

Can you add a "Both of the above" option?

Not that I do, but some people might.

I understand Cantonese, but speak very poorly... took half a semester of Mandarin in college, and will be taking more classes for it soon.

Mmmm, ha gau! Are you going to yum cha? I think I'll take a trip to Chinatown this weekend for that (and some fresh lychee).

I stay away from the feet, just eat the ankle(?) part. Quite tasty - the sauce is.

Just be sure that you don't ask how much stuff costs in "real money" as they tend to take offense. :D Vancouver has some pretty decent greek joints too.

I'm pretty white-bread since I grew up living in the burbs where there are hardly any asians in any given neighborhood, but I think it's important that young guys like ourselves keep to the asian heritage at least a bit. Learn to speak some of it at least. My brother barely knows the basics and my grandparents rag on him for that for whatever reason. I think it'd be a sad state of affairs when one day our children can't even understand the language anymore...

...now back to some MetallicA.
