see poll

EDIT: basically saying if you can't or don't pay off your credit cards every month, then you have credit card debt.

I got about $400 worth of debt from buying a few things online. I could take care of that today if I really wanted to.

No. I do have a small balance on there, but I wouldn't call it debt. I pay it off every month.

Pretty much everyone has debt on the credit card unless they just sent in the payment and haven't used it yet.

We have debt on purpose on a 0% card. THe interester bearing card we pay off every month.

I put myself through school without a job...
graduated with school loans + $20K in Credit Card debt... (food, gas books, rent, etc)

Now I have a job, and paying it off 1K at a time...
gonna be a few years.

Luckily...
10K is on a card with 0% until paid in full.
other 10K is in a consolidation load at 5% from the credit union.

I've been fighting CC debt for years, but I will finally have them all paid off this month. I think I only owe $150 now. Only have two CC's.

21 credits per semester... 3 semesters a year.
Graduated in 3 years instead of 5.

LOTS of HW.
no time to work.

My roomate had 2 jobs at AccuWeather & PizzaHut while only taking 12 credits a semester, he failed out because of not enough time to study + hw..

I have about 1.5k on my card that's due at the end of the month. I can pay it off right now, but I'll wait until the due date to pay it off. :)

I owe close to 3K in CC debt for buying lots of computer related junk over the years that is of course totally outdated now. I will pay it all off by the end of the year if not before then. I only have one card and see no reason to get another. Eleven cards... yeesh... crazy.

No credit card debt. I only have two and they are paid off every month.

Edit: I have no debt of any kind. I own my house and my car.

That is not extremely high if you think about it. That would be 4 or 5 cards per individual. You have a standard bank issued one, a couple from stores like Best Buy, JCPenney, etc and it adds up quickly.

I have ONE, and I pay it off every month (I use it for the cash back).
