Mortgage, one credit card, car, pickup, tractor, HELOC, spouse's student loans. Will have card, truck & tractor paid off next year, and shortly thereafter, the student loans, HELOC & car (will be able to make bigger payments when other stuff is paid off.) Will have mortgage for a long time, but it's better than paying rent.

About $27k left on my car, and $16k for student loans. $43k total with car paid off in 3.5 years and student loans paid off in probably 5 years.

Also, you must consider the AVERAGE demographic of ATOT. 16-21 years old, lives with mom and dad. Part time job to buy various weekend-enhancing substances and new games, no real bills.
