I won't try to define what happy is etc, I'm leaving that up to you. Are you happy? If so, what do you think the main reasons are? If not, why?

For the record, I voted "yes", I consider myself happy.

Yes I am happy. But five minutes from now Ill probably be mad. Around noon Ill be happy again after my daily bike ride. Then something or someone is bound to piss me off, but Ill get over it and be happy again.

No, no, no.

The more I learn about myself, the more I realize I've been nothing but a big pussy and haven't had the balls to make the right decisions in life. How many books will I have to read to learn how to succeed at life? :(

Life is good... I don't worry about things I'm not doing right now, but I DO keep them in mind,

I could do worse.

Any time you think you're unhappy, reflect upon the child in Somalia who is currently looking for another empty pepsi bottle to crush flat and tie string to to use as a sandle to keep from burning the soles of his feet on desert sand while he walks several miles to the red cross aid station for a two day ration of rice.

Are you happy, Internet?

Had a bad month, hopefully I will be happier if I have a good month. I do not like graduate school or being far away from friends and family:(

I think it will be better next semester. I really do not like having 18+ hours of homework a week, attending classes and trying to put in ~30 hours in the lab.

I'm more toward happy than not.

I'm in the middle of a big DIY project at home that's been keeping me entertained for a couple weeks. After that's done, I'll be able to watch movies on my system again, which should put me in a good mood. Then I'll probably have my SVS AS-EQ1 delivered which should be good and then it's projector shopping. That should keep me in good spirits until spring ;)

What frozen wasteland is that?

NH. It was 36° last night.

Brrr... that's a little chilly, we still have decent weather here in Ohio , just a little wet.

I bet you it's really pretty in NH when the trees turn though.

I'm happier than I've ever been. I have a decent job, a decent basement suite in a good neighbourhood, and no debt.

I don't own the fanciest stuff, but I'm grateful for what I do have.

More importantly though, I have goals that I'm working towards, and some that I've already achieved. I live for new experiences and meeting new people.

I have a loving family and good friends. I'm a bachelor, but I've been on some good dates recently.

Once you focus on what's really important in life - relationships and experiences, life suddenly looks a whole lot better. Looming work deadlines and expensive car repairs really don't matter in the long run.
