Of course I am, a great big one. This is my favorite time of year, I can't wait for it to officially start. ;)

Nope. My sister does the decorating and we all go over to her house.

Yakko: I knew it, your Scrooge in disguise, aren't you? :p

Actually.... the tree is a pagan symbol, not a Christian one.
and.. no - we're not having one. :)

One of my brothers has a Christmas Tree Farm in Vermont. Every year he ships a "family tree" out to me in L.A. Now is that cool or what?

Christmas just wouldn't be the same at all without a tree. Of course I'm getting one.

I like to decorate but nowhere near as much as my sister does. Also she lives 250 miles away so I wll be gone for the entire week of christmas.

Aww, I was only picking on you yakko. Actually I am impressed, a man that decorates? My hubby hibernates from after Thanksgiving until New Years. I think I scare that man sometimes... ;)

We always get a tree. It's one of my favorite parts of the holiday. Gotta be a live one though, none of this plastic tree crap :). Nothing beats the smell of fresh christmas tree in the house. We're going to pick ours out in about a week.

Partly true, although Martin Luther had a lot to do with influencing its popularity as well.

As for the poll question, yes, gotta have a tree. We're doing as usual, buying a tree that we will later plant, a nice Colorado blue spruce. I've almost got a small forest of my own now ... ;)

I already have mine, well both of them. I just took both our "plastic" trees out of the attic the other day. I even have half the Christmas lights up outside already, I'd be finished but it hasn't stopped raining long enough.

I usually do the lights and start the trees on Thanksgving but I am going on a hunting trip Sunday and the little women wanted the decorations down ffom the attic so she will have something to do while I am gone.
