i generally like being with people, except when im on the computer..
then they just annoy me.

i know a lot of people that always need to have groups of people around them...but i've always been an only child, and am more than happy to be alone for long periods of time...i'm not sure why, it's just comfortable.

people are always like "you must be lonely..or bored" but i'm not

Pretty much so I am,being an only child.
But,I am never really bored(always keep myself company)I amuse myself...LOl!
When I need people to chat too I try to find them.
That's why I finally learned how to turn on a computer.
I'm a good listener,but trying to find one is harder than hell!
So I started answering myself too...lol

I'm in a house full of people right now and it's fun to listen to their conversations while I sit in the next room looking over the threads. Very comforting really.

Yeah, being extroverted just seems like too much unnessecary conflict potential, I prefer me, my computer, and the occasional outing with one friend.

Depends on the people..bit of both really. I can go for weeks w/o talking to anyone (besides myself), but also can babble on for days on end.

I like going out with other people. I perfer to do things with others. ie. go to the movies, bar, beach, etc.
But, I really like to just be left alone by people that I don't consider my friends. Like at work, I would be perfectly happy if everybody just let me drink my coffee and didn't say a thing to me all day. Not meaning I don't mind meeting others, I just have a very low tolerance for people annoying me.

I hate it when people tell me to socialize and all that. I'm not being rude or anything and I am around people alot. But if I'm doing something I would rather be alone. The people just get on my nerves sometimes. Then people say I'm depressed or something, and I'm not, I just like to be alone sometimes.

Usually, I like to be by myself in my home/dorm...but it's cool to have some ppl hang out and stuff...

Social activities...well, they are called social activities b/c you have to socialize...can't do that by yourself.

Yah know, I was contemplating this subject on my way to work tonight.

I used to spend a lot of time alone, pursuing creative interests. But now, I'm engaged and hardly have any "alone time". What's ironic is my fiancee tells me that she misses that part of me, but the truth is if I went back to those interests, I'd have less time for her

I enjoy being with groups of people for short times.

I like to have my own "little quiet time".

My cousin thinks Im wierd for not wanting to do stuff all the time. Sometimes I just need to chill alone for awhile. heh

I would say that I like to spend more time alone than the average person... but I think that this is a characteristic that a lot of people on this board share.

i like being around friends but sometimes they can get annoying or piss me off
so i don't mind being on the computer by myself alot

that reminds me last time i had a nervous breakdown was last summer trying to make a gun for a mod using 3d studio max WITHOUT A MANUAL.....i was like going nuts at 1am....it was funny looking back at it
