My friend and I were just dining on footlong Subway subs when he started thinking about how it would be like to just sustain one's self on bread and water. So he bet me if I could, he'd pay for a buffet meal at the local Chinese buffet once every weekend for a month.
Stipulations include: no soda, no meats, no dairies, and no gourmet breads.
I can: toast my bread, use seasonings such as salt, pepper, tobassco, and a Centrum Complete tablet every day to make sure I do not come down with a vitamin/mineral deficiency.
Should I take him on? I've went vegan for 3 weeks during my freshman year to prove to him that I don't need the fatty meats of the dining halls to sustain myself. I'm positive I could do it, but will there be adverse health risks looming at the end of the buffet table?
EDIT: its for a week.
