Poll: Anandtech primary! Who will you probably be voting for in 2004

Can't say right now.

Bush's actions the last couple of months have ticked me off (and he's done some other things throughout the presidency that didn't sit well w/me as well as some members of his cabinet).

Personally, I'd like to see Powell run but I don't think that's going to happen.

I'll wait until the candidate slate solidifies to form an opinion.

Don't know yet. I know it WON'T be Bush, but seeing as we don't know who else is running yet, or if the Libertarians will even have a serious nomination....

Although I don't approve 100% of what Bush does, I think he would be best. He seems to do what HE thinks is right; not what he thinks would look good on camera or what's best for his political career. This is a stark contrast from Clinton, who only did whatever would help his political career. However, many things can change in a year and a half, so I'm not going to say that I will definatly vote Bush, but right now he seems the best.

I am an independent and I cannot fathom how people can vote for a particular party absolutely regardless of who the person is that they put up. Do you actually have so much faith in the members of that party that you are willing to let them make the decision for you, or do you just agree with the ideals of that party and couldn't bring yourself to vote for another candidate regardless of their character, integrity or ability?

This is how I feel, though some of his recent decisions are pushing me towards the Libertarians.

Nader or other Green party candidate
nader didn't run under the greens flag last time and he refuses to have anything to do with them this time around. heck, he was considering running in the republican primary
