Why not add a new topic that deals with sound, multimedia, etc? I'm sure people would love a place to discuss speakers, soundcards, DVD drives, and the latest and greatest in the multimedia world of computers.
 
People tend to discuss those in General Hardware, but there's also the Perhiperals forum which should cover those 🙂

(at least you're not asking for a Car Forum 😉)
 
Hmm have you seen how many people post in the other threads compared to OT and GH (FS/T and HD are exceptions since they only considers yeah you know what). Anyway, look at the numbers:

GH: 37915
AA: 290
AN: 6014
OS: 6567
FS/T: 29461
HD: 21737
OT: 23192
CC: 4255
CPO: 10196
The rest: below 10k

The majority of the threads are posted in GH or OT, which means that one way or the other it's sometimes hard to define weather a post should be put in OS or GH, and even if it should be posted in OS, people answer the thread.

What do I mean with all this BS...I mean that opening more forums want make people post in there. The forum will end up with the same pattern as above...GH will have the majority of the posts along with OT.

The best thing to do is to post the thread in the most accurate place possible. Just MHO 🙂
