ALL I DO IS PLAY SIMULATIONS WHICH AMD CPU OVER 1 GIG IS BEST FOR OVERCLOCKING THANKS

It's the luck of the draw man; some get 1GHz that do 1.5GHz, while some get 1.33GHz that won't go over 1.46GHz.

Buying a higher clocked CPU always increases the chances you might get a better overclock, but nothing is set in stone.

Just buy whatever you have money for.

If you can find a 1.3 ayhja or a 1.4 ayhja they will overclock the best most likely.
