What the hell is up with this fo' snizzle hizzle shizzle crap? Who talks like that and why?

I went through high school in S. Texas where being white was a minority. All my friends were either hispanic or black and I would have laughed at them if I ever heard them talk like that just as they would have laughed at me.

I just started noticing it showing up a couple of months ago. Then I noticed that Snoop Dog had a show on MTV with that 'izzle' crap in the show's title.

Nobody on earth knows what that crap means, some 15 year old crackhead spouted it out, a 13 year old stoner copied it and a bunch of ignorant teenagers started using it too because they didn't have anything even remotely intelligent to say on their own. Let it be and it'll disappear only to be replaced by something even more ridiculous. Whenever you hear anyone use anything close to that phrase just laugh at them and assume an air of smug superiority while taking comfort in the fact that you'll never be that pathetic.
