My cousin got it. I spent a couple hours removing it and several hundred spyware files. I installed Zonealarm and AVG and told her to keep both updated, plus I set her home page to windowsupdate.microsoft.com and told her to install all critical updates as they become available. If she gets infected again I am not fixing her computer again hehehehehe.
