Since I already paid 9.95 for this, but is this s Scam??
I went to a Contest, they asked me to identify the city.. and of course it is Las Vegas..
and then ... I won a complimentary 2 days 3 nights stay at some hotels of my choice.
You just need to pay 10 bucks for processing charges.. I looked at the terms and conditions and couldn't find anything wrong with the offer..
So what do u guys think ??
Terms & Conditions:
1. The certificate is valid for 3 days and 2 nights of complimentary deluxe hotel accommodations at one of the vacation destinations listed on the certificate. Provider reserves the right to add or remove destinations without advance notice.
2. The certificate is valid for two adults twenty one (21) years or older and up to two children. There is a $10.00 US per night per child charge for up to two additional children.

The certificate is valid for hotel or resort accommodations only and does not include meals, beverages, taxes, gratuities, transportation, service charges or incidental expenses.
4. Check-in is available 7 days a week, subject to availability.
5. Travelers wishing to extend their vacation to a 7-night stay may enjoy 5 nights at special discounted rates in addition to their 2 nights of complimentary accommodations. Reservations for additional nights at discounted rates must be recieved no later than 30 days prior to the first arrival date and must be accompanied by payment in full in US funds by certified check, money order, bank draft or cashier check. Reservations made by the traveler directly with the hotel or resort will be at the traveler's own expense and not subject to discount(s) valid under this offer.
6. Travellers will be required to send in a $50.00 US refundable room guarantee deposit by certified check, money order, bank draft or cashier check. No other form of payment will be accepted.This deposit must accompany your reservation form and must be received at least thirty (30) days prior to the requested arrival date. Once the reservation form and the deposit have been received, a reservation confirmation notification will be mailed to you. It will contain the information about your hotel and directions on where to check-in.
7. Two or more vacation certificates may not be used concurrently or within the same six (6) month period. This offer may not be used with any other certificate or discount program or coupon.
8. The certificate cannot be exchanged for cash. This certificate is designed for promotional purposes and cannot be sold to the end user. No refunds shall be issued for any unused portions of this offer.
9. Cancellation: Travelers must provide written notice of cancellation by registered mail, sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date.
10. Should Travellers need to reshedule their vacation, they must provide a written request sixty (60) days prior to the requested arrival date, along with a $25.00 US reschedule fee by certified check, money order, bank draft or cashier check, by registered mail payable to:

13. This offer is in no manner connected with or contingent upon the Traveler's participation in time-share presentations.
14. This certificate is not valid when prohibited by law.
