Amazon has this on sale for $90. I've searched through here and it seems that the BIC F12 is one of the more recommended budget subs, but is it twice as good as the Polk?
 
Have a polk psw110, about $150 now, think 2013 they changed the series name. But its been great paired with other subs and towers.
