Politically correct way to say "white man"

Was doing an online survey the other day, and came across this question. Nice to see that, like all the minorities, they've finally found a way to make being Caucasian politically correct!

So I take it you do not know what it means to be Caucasian. That dog is a Caucasian dog, which means is hails from the Caucasus geopolitical region.

Somehow, at some point, white man was most strongly associated with Caucasus, and here we are.

Just like all black people in the U.S. are called "African-American", yet... who knows how many of them are from some island that is nowhere near Africa. Sure, far enough back, they were from Africa. Just like far enough back, most white people may be from the Caucasus region.

You know what kind of absurdity that is?!
That's like saying we are all the same race! Isn't it obvious that skin color must mean we are all completely different creatures that just happen to share the same genetic lineage? Surely you won't go on to say skin color is similar to the size of our feet, being a physical attribute and nothing more.
