This is actually a spinoff from shadow9d9's thread, I thought the quiz I advised him to take should be shared with the masses, so without any further ado:

http://www.politicalcompass.org/

After answering six pages of questions regarding a range of issues this will evaluate you on 2 scales, left (communism) and right (neo-liberalism) as well as authoritarian (facism) and libertarian (anarchism).

Now before I get yelled at, the titles of the various sides are the EXTREMES, scoring one way or another on this test doesn't mean you are a facist or an anarchist, unless of course you ARE a facist or an anarchist, in which case please ignore this disclaimer.

As an added bonus I included a poll for you to evaluate how accurate you feel the test was, please post your test results so we can discuss how weird some of us really are!

Starting off, I am scored as a leftist libertarian, I'm very close on the scale to Gandhi and Nelson Mandela, although it might not sound like it based on some of my other posts here...

I hit two squares to the right of dead center, and one square down from dead center...so I guess that makes me a right leaning libertarian, which is a pretty accurate classification of my political views.

Does anyone remember that graph that shows a person's inclinations vs. time - I think theres a swastika on the top of the y axis and a hammer & sickle at the bottom? The x axis goes from birth to death left to right?

Well if we don't sticky it, we get to see how people change over time. Or maybe that would work in a sticky, too... I don't even know.

Well I searched to see if this had been done and the last posting of it I saw was from 2 years ago, I thought maybe some people would find it amusing, even those that did it before... 2 years ago.

Search engine :D

I have to find my post I post every time revealing the bias of it...

As I've mentioned before, the political compass one is severely flawed, basically pushing everyone to the center or the left. Example, unless you are polling KKK members, who's going to agree with this?

"Our race has many superior qualities, compared to other races."

I voted No.

Right-leaning Libertarian. Which, of course, means I'm a moonbat liberal. Lately, it seems if you aren't ultra-conservative authoritarian, you get called a "liberal". Don't question anything - that's a sure sign that you are a whining, moonbat liberal.

I've taken it before, always scoring around the middle economically and halfway down on the social side.

Thought I'd have a higher score in both.

FYI I'm 23, think how conservative I'll be when I'm 50.

I find it interesting that most of the people who have taken it have been more libertarian than authoritarian. I wonder if that's representative of people in general, or just those that frequent this forum, lol...
