I just wanted to know if the selling of sports tickets, more specifically this years world series, are allowed in the FS forum.

Sure at Box Office prices. If the Rockies or Red Sox Box Office sells them for $100 you can sell them for the same or less, even if you paid more yourself.

In Massachusettes, you can sell them on the street for whatever you can get. Scalping laws are not enforced.
And thats's the way it is.

(So how many tickets you got for Fenway ?)

Selling seats on the RockPile at Coors for $700 will earn you time off during the World Series

Couldn't you sell them for face value but add in a $400 shipping and handling fee?

Face value with reasonable shipping costs is all that will be tolerated.
