I wonder how they would go about "Expecting" someone of something like that?

After swallowing THAT many, maybe she looked like SHE was EXPECTING?
 
that's deperate. eating condoms? and i wonder why she was suspected of having drugs inside her. maybe those drug dogs sniffed her out?
